Catering
We allow you to use any licensed and insured caterer! We also allow you to use a restaurant or Sam’s or Costco since their food trays were made in a licensed and insured kitchen.
We do not, however, allow homemade food because there is just no way to assure that the food was cooked properly.
If you have a special someone who you want to bake your wedding cake, you can ask Paige about that, and we will determine if that could be allowed.
Bar
If you plan on having any alcohol whatsoever on your wedding day, you must use one of the designated bartenders to serve it! You pay him/her $200 the day of the wedding and then you bring beer, wine, and/or champagne (no hard liquor) for the bartender to serve to you and your guests after the ceremony.
This policy/procedure can really save you money because we are not charging per person for bar service. You simply pay the bartender and then bring the amount of alcohol you believe your party will need. Anything left over is yours to take home!
The wedding party and guests are not allowed to bring their own drinks unless preapproval is given and they give everything to the bartender to serve. This is such an important aspect of our guidelines as it protects you, as the couple, and all your guests as much as possible!
A security guard is required at receptions where alcohol is served. The security guard will be scheduled for you and you pay him/her $150 the day of the wedding.
