Meet the Kimberlins
In 2019, God planted a vision in Brad's heart to have a wedding venue. He shared that vision with me but neither of us knew exactly what that would look like. We just began to pray that God would show us!
We have three sons and one daughter. In 2020, our second son was engaged and planning a wedding in Murray, KY. We went to visit the venue where he would be getting married and fell in love with it. Brad talked to the owners about getting their floor plans so we could possibly build a venue like that one in North Mississippi. Four months later, our daughter got engaged and began planning her wedding. She told us that she wanted to tour Kincaid Manor as a possible venue for her wedding. So, in December 2020, Kendall, her fiancé and I came to take a tour. From the minute we pulled up to the venue, I knew Brad would LOVE this place! We had the tour and left with Kevin and Kendall knowing this was where they wanted to have their wedding and with my heart intrigued as to whether or not this was the vision God had for Brad and me.
I told Brad about Kincaid Manor and we began to pray. During our January 21-days of prayer and fasting, Brad had us praying for our 516 House of Miracles. We didn't know if this was God's plan but we were praying for Him to open the door if it was. We came to a Booked Brides Open House in January and Brad saw it for the first time! We had our first conversation with the previous owners and shared our 516 House of Miracles prayer. God began moving quickly from that point! We came back in April for an open house and then had Kendall's wedding in May. All along, we believed that this was the future God had planned for us!
In June, the previous owner called and shared that they were ready to move forward with selling Kincaid Manor. We expressed our desire to purchase it and the ball began rolling quickly and we closed on the purchase of this beautiful place on August 30, 2021. Although it seemed to be quick, God had been working in our hearts for almost two years. It is so amazing to watch Him plant a vision and then to see it come to fruition! We are so thankful and blessed!
Our desire is for every person who steps foot on this property and in this venue to feel peace, joy, tranquility, and to know that this is a special place where they'd like to have their special day!!
We know how difficult it is to find a beautiful venue that offers both Indoor and Outdoor ceremony options, plus a dedicated Reception Hall, plus one that includes needed tables and chairs, and especially one that maintains a budget friendly price. That's one big reason why Kincaid Manor is special. We want to offer a beautiful space to couples who want to be sensible with their budget.
We hope you fall in love with this place as much as we did!
